REFUND POLICY

Defective Product

We stand behind our product 100% and have strict quality control standards. If for any reason you happen to get a defective product, we will exchange it for you. Contact our customer service via email and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Because of the nature of these toys, we are unable to take returns for any other reason (such as wrong measurements of the toys, etc.) than manufacturing defects. All effort has been made to make the descriptions and measurements on this website as accurate as possible.

Cancel Policy

You can cancel your order if it has yet to be shipped. If your order has been manufactured but not shipped, any cancelation after that point will incur a 50% restocking fee. If your order has not been manufactured at the time of cancelation, you will incur no restocking fee and receive a full refund.
